Domaine Dambrun

After wonderful years in Paris in the media world (Patrick) and the communications world and then the pastry world (Laurence), Patrick and Laurence have settled in the Vaucluse with their family since 2014 for an adventure born of love and encounters.

Falling in love with a region and people, but also with an 18th century farmhouse surrounded by beautiful vineyards at the foot of the southern slope of Mont Ventoux. The vines of the Dambrun domain are located in four municipalities: Caromb, Modène, Mazan and Bédoin. The soils show great diversity with a predominantly clay-limestone soil. No chemical products are used for the cultivation of the vines and manual labor is preferred: harvesting is done in small crates and baskets, manually sorted at the picking and in the cellar. The fermentations take place naturally in tapered wooden barrels. Maturation takes place in concrete and stainless steel barrels, then in wooden barrels of 25 hl and demi-muids barrels of 6 hl.
